CPA-led ERP advisory

Helping organizations align financial systems, operations, and technology strategy—with strategy before implementation spend locks in.

eIS exists to earn credibility as CPA-led ERP advisors—people who can speak credibly to CFOs and controllers about financial systems while staying grounded in how operations, inventory, and service delivery actually run. Our work is intentionally strategy-first: direction and tradeoffs before implementation spend locks in.

Firm

Who we are

eIS Business Solutions helps organizations evaluate and execute ERP direction across Microsoft Dynamics GP and Dynamics 365 Business Central—with a team structured around financial discipline and operational understanding, not only technical configuration.

We work with finance and operations leaders who need clarity on timing, risk, and what “good” looks like after go-live. That requires both sides of the house: how numbers are produced and trusted, and how workflows behave where work actually happens.

Method

Approach

Our approach starts with decisions sponsors can own: business case, scope boundaries, and measures of success. From there, delivery stays tied to those decisions—so projects do not drift into scope expansion that leadership never endorsed.

Practically, that means facilitated evaluation across modernization, hybrid, and migration paths; honest assessment of data readiness; and governance that keeps finance and operations aligned as the landscape changes.

Why eIS

Clients choose eIS when they want advisors who can bridge financial reporting and operational execution—without reducing the conversation to features or a vendor script. We are explicit about tradeoffs, timing, and what it takes to sustain improvements after go-live.
